  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Payments

  • We accept payments via credit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize AWM to charge your selected payment method.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Production times vary, but generally take 5 business days before shipping.
  • Shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method (Standard or Express).
  • AWM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at apachidiz@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a clear photo of the issue.
  • Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • All designs, logos, and branding elements on our merchandise are the property of Apache World Music (AWM) and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AWM is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
